退款政策

30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact support@pebalo.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. The dispatch warehouse is not automatically the return address.

Return shipping

For a defective product or an item sent incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs. For a non-quality-related return, including a change of mind, the buyer pays return shipping.

Returning your item

Include the product and supplied parts, and package them securely. Please describe any damage or missing parts and send photos when relevant so we can help. Items returned because of a change of mind should be unused and complete.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time before funds appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
